Overview
I worked on Stake's multi-currency withdrawal experience, helping investors move funds into international bank accounts while making exchange rates, fees and expected receive amounts easier to understand.

International withdrawals introduced complexity absent from the domestic flow: two currencies, changing exchange rates, fees, expiry states and market availability. The challenge was exposing enough financial detail to build trust without turning a simple withdrawal into a trading interface.
Starting from an early PM conversation, I used an AI-assisted workflow to turn notes into structured requirements and working prototypes before the formal PRD existed. I refined the experience around the rate, fees, exact receive amount and transfer timing.
The shipped flow launched with EUR, GBP and SAR, gave customers clearer FX transparency and was designed to support additional currencies over time.
