D&B tasked us with evaluating the IndueD web app, dedicated to KYC and compliance requirements, from a UX and UI perspective.

Over four weeks, I led the project from discovery and exploration to design and prototyping. Key to this process was incorporating customer feedback. I engaged users early, conducting various feedback sessions and gathering business input weekly. This informed the development of personas and experience maps, ensuring user insights were integrated into design iterations.
